CTI (Corporate Training Industrial) is the division to which the trainee belongs, so there is a lot more that you should know about it. Note that when we talk about the Training Centre, we are usually talking about Industrial Training.
The five-year plan aims at attracting 145 nationals per year to occupy middle technical and clerical jobs in QP and its subsidiaries with the objective of Qatarising such jobs. Industrial training activities focus on the following main programmes:
- Training secondary school graduates for QP technical and clerical jobs.
- Training secondary school graduates to be able to pursue engineering QP studies to diploma/degree level.
- Training of artisans for QP technical jobs.
- Training employee-level staff (ELS) to enhance and develop their performance standard as part of their career progession.
- Arranging English language courses for employees and trainees at all levels.
