Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation


This practical course will concentrate on examples and exercises to help the participants get to grips with real issues around documented procedures

Who should Attend?
Staff how are involved in establishing and implementing QMS (quality management System and staff who will be in charge of documenting the QMS).

1- Introduction to Quality

Objectives
At the end of the course the articipants will be able to:

Prepare manuals and procedures which can be used for effective writing of documents for any quality management systemstructure their system to suit their organization’s needs
structure a procedure
use a variety of effective grammatical structures
view the ISO 9001:2000 Standard from a procedural standpoint
use and produce flowcharts
write quality procedures in the appropriate format and style
improve existing written procedures
