A group of individuals with related interests that meet at regular intervals to consider cross functions problems or other matters related to the quality of outputs of a process and to the correction of problems or to the improvement of quality, also pushing the standardization in the way of implementation.
Who should attend?
Employees who are planning or implementing quality improvement.
Objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Address and solve cross functional Quality problems created, strategy, action and monitoring.
Implement the standardization within their custodian department.
Promote individual self-development

Program Focus
Focus on cross functional team approach to the decision making process as well as the performance of the Quality circle/working Groups and their terms of reference also the development of skills needed to handle interactions in team settings and the flexibility in Quality circle/working Groups implementation.
