Aim
The division is primarily responsible for running short technical and non-technical programmes for QP and its subsidiaries, as well as other affiliated companies The division's main aim is to help employees improve their performance and to develop skills to enable them to better align with the corporate goals.
Objectives
The objectives are to support the Qatarizaton process through the provision of short-term training and to provide and maintain professional training resources; to facilitate local and overseas training for all employees, additionally we anticipate and provide learning opportunities to support the dynamic development of the industry as well as facilitate training and assessment in order to ensure mandatory certification is obtained and maintained.
